CASH for Toyota's is operated by Motor House LLC, a licensed Washington used vehicle dealer based in Federal Way, WA ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you ask us for an offer on your vehicle, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us when you fill out a form on our website, submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, call, text, or message us. This may include:
- Your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code
- Details about your vehicle, such as year, make, model, mileage, condition, whether it runs, and title status
- Photos of your vehicle you choose to send us
- The content of messages you send us
When you visit our website, basic technical information (such as browser type, pages visited, and the ad or link that brought you to us) may be collected automatically by our hosting and analytics tools. This includes which steps of our offer form you reach and the pickup ZIP code you enter, recorded anonymously (without your name or contact details) so we can improve the form.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to let Meta know when someone who saw our ads visits our site, starts our offer form, requests an offer, or asks us to take a second look at an offer, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Meta through the Pixel.
How we use your information
- To review your vehicle and make you a purchase offer
- To contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your vehicle and our offer
- To schedule pickup, complete title paperwork, and finish the purchase
- To keep records required of a licensed vehicle dealer
- To understand which of our ads and pages are working
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may text and call you at that number about your vehicle. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as our dealer management and customer relationship software, website hosting, and phone and messaging services, who may use it only to provide services to us
- With Meta, through the Meta Pixel described above, to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy.
- With title, registration, and government agencies when required to complete a vehicle purchase
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public
If you contact us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta's own privacy policy also applies to information Meta collects.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request and complete any purchase, and as long as required by dealer record-keeping laws. If we don't buy your vehicle, we delete or anonymize your information when it is no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP
- Limit ad tracking: you can control how Meta uses activity from websites like ours for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Accounts Center, then Ad preferences), and you can block or delete cookies in your browser
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
